ANNUAL DOCK PERMITS

All docks placed on Gardner Lake require an annual license, and permits are required to remodel an existing dock, per City Municipal Code 12.25.060. Your assigned number must be prominently displayed on your dock, visible from the water.  The City also requires that owners maintain their dock so that it is safe and attractive to the area.  The city has been notified by residents along the lake that number of docks are in disrepair. We encourage anyone with a dock to keep it maintained and safe.

 Annual dock licenses and new dock permits require a $40.00 fee. Required documentation along with your payment:
