The ETC Institute conducts a citizen survey on behalf of the City of Gardner. Information gathered from the survey serves as a valuable tool to determine how well the City is doing, and to identify potential improvements and future opportunities. The information is also utilized by the Governing Body and City staff during the priority-based budgeting process.
