Right-Of-Way Permit - This permit allows an applicant to do construction work within City Right-Of-Way, which does not require excavation of the pavement or removal of the curb and gutter. Erosion Control Plan may be required based on type of work.

Land Disturbance PermitThis permit allows an applicant to begin moving material (soil/rock/clearing and grubbing/ etc.) and account for the erosion control necessary for a site. No other type of work may be performed under this permit. Erosion Control Plan may be required based on type of work. 

• NPDES KDHE Permit - The purpose of this general permit is to implement the Federal Water Pollution Control statutes and regulations; to permit discharges of stormwater runoff from construction sites subject to National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements; and to protect the water of the State from sediment and other contaminates.  See website for more information, http://www.kdheks.gov/stormwater/

Gardner Lake Dock License/PermitAll docks placed on Gardner Lake require an annual license, and permits are required to remodel an existing dock.
