Massage Therapy Establishments

A permit is required by any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation who wishes to operate a massage therapy establishment. The annual fee for the establishment is $200.

Massage Therapists

Each person employed to perform massage therapy services in a massage establishment is required to obtain a Massage Therapist's permit. The annual fee for each therapist $25.
