I also understand that a violation of K.S.A. 45-230, as amended, is a Class C misdemeanor.

I hereby certify that I do not intend to, and will not: (A) Use any list of names or addresses contained in or derived from the records or information for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to any person listed or to any person who resides at any address listed; or (B) sell, give or otherwise make available to any person any list of names or addresses contained in or derived from the records or information for the purpose of allowing that person to sell or offer for sale any property or service to any person listed or to any person who resides at any address listed.

Accidents reports available online are from January 1, 2019 to today.

Every effort is made to have accidents reports available as soon as possible. There are however many factors that can cause a delay. If you cannot access a report on your first try, check the data you entered for any errors and try again. If you still cannot access the report, try again after 10 a.m. the next business day. If, after three business days, you still cannot access the report, telephone the Records Unit for assistance at (913) 856-7312 option 6. The police Records Unit is open between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday for assistance with your request. Requests made at the station (16540 Moonlight Road) for a paper copy of an accident report will cost $4.00.
