**Family passes are for up to 5 family members.  A $15 fee will be charged for
each additional family member over the 5 person limit.  See below for complete pool pass rules.

Purchase your pass by May 1, 2024 at 5 p.m. and save $20 on Family, $10 on Adult and $5 on Youth/Nanny passes.

How do I purchase a Gardner Aquatic Center membership season pass?
Beginning Monday, March 4, fill out this membership application and bring to City Hall.

To Purchase In Person at City Hall:
All season passes must be purchased at Gardner City Hall, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Photo required:
All new pool members are required to take a photo. Existing members can use their previous photo and will be asked to update as needed. Photos will be taken at City Hall.

Please note:  Passes cannot be renewed over the phone or purchased online, and cannot be pro-rated. Members cannot be added to passes over the phone. Cash, check and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx are accepted for payment. Daily admission to the Gardner Aquatic Center can be paid at the front desk; however, they do not sell season passes there. The GAC accepts cash, checks and Visa, MC, DS and AmEx. All pool pass sales are final!

Family Season Pass (up to 5 immediate family members included, $15 each additional over 5) - $160
Family Season Passes are for immediate family members living in the same household only. Immediate family is defined as: two adults and their dependent children living at home. Dependents between the ages of 19 and 23 must be full time students and show proof of residing at the residential address of the primary membership holder.
**If the primary pass holder is NOT the legal guardian of pass members, then they are not considered immediate family and cannot be included on the family pass.**

If an aunt, uncle, or grandparent is the legal guardian of the child(ren), then they would be included, however proof of guardianship is required. If they are not the legal guardian, they would not be considered immediate family.  

Family members such as nieces, nephews or cousins are not eligible to be on the family's pass.

Youth Pass - $70
A youth pass may be purchased for any youth between the ages of 3 and 18 years of age.
*Please remember that any youth ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an individual at least 14 years of age.

Adult Pass - $85
An adult pass may be purchase for any adult between the ages for 19 and 61 years.
**Seniors age 62 and over are free and do not need a pool membership.

Nanny Pass - $70
A nanny pass may be purchased for a family's nanny or babysitter age 14 or older. Only one nanny pass per household will be issued per season. A nanny past MUST be purchased in conjunction with a family or youth pass.

The Gardner Aquatic Center is dedicated to providing ADA-accessible amenities.
