Reservations for the Gardner Aquatic Center (GAC) must be made and paid for 72 hours in advance. No reservation will be made or accepted until it is entered into the computer by the Parks and Recreation Department, you have signed the Waiver of Liability, and all applicable fees are paid in full. 

GAC reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Once you submit this online request, please contact Gardner Parks and Recreation Customer Service at 913.856.0936 to make your payment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx.  Customer Service Center hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.No private parties after July 31.

Reservations may be made beginning April 3, 2023.

Waiver of Liability

I, as a participant or legal guardian representing a minor participant, agree to release the City of Gardner, its officers, employees, and volunteers, from any and all liability for accidents, injuries, loss of and/or damage to my/our person or property that may arise out of my/our participation in/and our presence at the above activity. I/we understand the risks and possible dangers of participating in this activity. I/we understand requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Also, I/we authorize the Gardner Parks and Recreation Department to use at its discretion any photograph(s) (black/white or color) taken of the participant while participating in the program and waive any and all claims that the participant or the undersigned or their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have or claim to have resulting from such photograph(s) or reproductions thereof. I have entered into this agreement of my own free will.
