The Utility Billing Division is responsible for reading utility meters, installing water meters, maintaining meters, determining consumption, creating and processing utility bills and monitoring the receipt of payments for the amounts billed. The Utility Billing Division also responds to customer inquiries and provides follow-up either internally or in the field if required. The Division maintains approximately 9,500 Active Utility Accounts. The Utility Billing Division is responsible for all customer move-ins and move-outs in the community.
