The Street Maintenance division is responsible for maintaining approximately 192 lane miles of street pavement, including curb & gutter, pavement markings, street signs, traffic signals, stormwater system maintenance, and snow removal.

Requesting Street Light Repairs 

Gardner Utilities Department, Electric Division, maintains approximately 1,200 street lights in Gardner. The majority of the city's street lights are a high-pressure sodium, energy efficient bulb designed and installed to provide a safe level of illumination on the roadways.  In select locations, the city has installed a sampling of energy efficient LED lights.
