Door-to-door soliciting is permitted from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time on any day. As defined in the ordinance, all solicitors are still prohibited from contacting any residence where a sign stating "No Soliciting," "No Trespassing," or any similar verbiage is prominently displayed. 

Charitable and political organizations are exempt from the requirements in the ordinance. (i.e., Scouts, school fundraisers, political campaigns, etc.)
