The City of Gardner completed the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan which includes the review of policies, practices and procedures, and analysis of the City's programs, activities and services related to program and physical accessibility.

The draft Self-Evaluation Report is available for review (linked below) and public comment (see online form below) until October 19, 2016.  A printed copy is available at Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main St. Comments regarding the draft report can also be sent to:
