After review of application FP-22-04, a final plat for New Trails Commercial dated February 7, 2022, and staff report dated March 28, 2022, the Planning Commission approves the application as proposed and recommends the Governing Body accept the dedication of right-of-way and easements provided the following conditions are met:
- The construction plans for any utilities, infrastructure, or public facilities shall meet all technical specifications and public improvement plans shall be submitted and approved prior to the release of the plat for recording.
- The applications shall be reviewed and approved by the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners shall be completed prior to the release of the plat for recording.
- As part of the private road construction a 5’ sidewalk shall be installed on both sides of the road.
