After review of Application FDP-22-04, a final development plan for Community Credit Union, dated March 7, 2022, and staff report dated April 25, 2022, the Planning Commission approves the application and requested deviation provided the following condition is met:

1. The construction plans for any utilities, infrastructure, or public facilities shall meet all technical specifications and public improvement plans shall be submitted and approved prior to issuance of a building permit.
