After review of Application FDP-21-08, a final development plan for Auto Soak Carwash, dated December 6, 2021, and staff report dated February 28, 2022, the Planning Commission approves the application provided the following conditions are met:
- The construction plans for any utilities, infrastructure, or public facilities shall meet all technical specifications and public improvement plans shall be submitted and approved prior to issuance of a building permit;
- An 8’ wide sidewalk shall extend from the building to the Gardner Road Trail.
