After review of application number FP-22-05, a final plat for Prairiebrooke Villas, 1st Plat dated February 28, 2022, and staff report dated May 23, 2022, the Planning Commission approves the application as proposed and recommends the Governing Body accept the dedication of right-of-way and easements provided the following conditions are met:
- The construction plans for any utilities, infrastructure, or public facilities shall meet all technical specifications and public improvement plans shall be submitted and approved prior to the release of the plat for recording and recommends the Governing Body accept dedication of right-of-way and easements.
- Provide 30’ wide access easement to accommodate a public trail, per the Parks Department recommendation.
- Label the stream corridor buffer area and provide a note on the plat that no development or land disturbance will occur within the buffer area per the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
