After review of Application FDP-22-01, a final development plan for Center Street Commons Liquor Store to be located at 18865 S. Gardner Rd, and final development plan dated January 3, 2022, and staff report dated February 28, 2022, the Planning Commission approves the application as proposed, provided the following condition are met:
- Record a 26’ wide cross access easement in the location of the north/south drive on the western portion of the property prior to the release of the building plans for a building permit.
- Provide an 8’ wide sidewalk from the building to the Gardner Road Trail.
- The Administrative Plat AP-22-01 shall be recorded with the Johnson County Records and Tax Administration prior to the issuance of a building permit.
