The city has completed a long-range planning process for an area around the I-35 & 175th Street Interchange. This plan gives direction for how the area will develop when voluntarily annexed into the city. The plan addresses future land use, utilities and street layout. This plan was approved by the Governing Body on June 18, 2018 and it is incorporated into the Gardner Comprehensive Plan by reference.
The Gardner Comprehensive Plan as well as the future land use map are also available for viewing.
