Post Date:09/17/2024 2:33 PM

On Monday, Sept. 23, the city will kick off its 9th Annual Pavement Management Program to address needed road improvements. Contractors will perform ADA enhancements and replace curbs and gutters throughout the city, including on Jennifer Street, Jessica Street, N. Oak Street, Ash Street, Locust Street, Evergreen Street, S. Sumac Street, S. Cedar Street, and Mockingbird Street. (See the map for all locations.)

Residents are advised to move their vehicles away from the project areas when directed. Notices in the form of lawn signs will be provided to affected residents at least 24 hours before work begins, with instructions. The city will also provide updates on any projects that may impact traffic.

The Pavement Management Program is funded by the half-cent infrastructure special sales tax.
