Grab some friends, family, or co-workers and stay active this winter with our adult co-rec volleyball league.  Each team can have six players on the court at one time and must have a minimum of 4. The following combinations will be accepted: 3 men-3 women; 2 men-2 women; or 2 men-3 women. If numbers allow, the league will be split into Recreational and Competitive. League games are played on Sunday evenings and will run for 6 weeks. League Champions will receive t-shirts.
