Utility Services    

The Utility Billing Division is staffed by a Utility Billing Supervisor, a Utility Billing Specialist, two Customer Service Representatives, and four Meter Reader/Technicians. The Utility Billing Division is responsible for reading utility meters, installing water meters, maintaining meters, determining consumption, creating and processing utility bills and monitoring the receipt of payments for the amounts billed. The Utility Billing Division also responds to customer inquires and provides follow-up either internally or in the field if required. The Division maintains approximately 7,600 Active Utility Accounts. The Utility Billing Division is responsible for all customer move-ins and move-outs in the community.

The utility billing division will strive to provide accurate billing on a timely basis to all of our customers with the highest regard for public satisfaction. We will strive to provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner with a positive attitude towards newcomers, visitors, residents and other staff members whether by phone or in person. 
 
Vision Statement
We will continue to provide a higher level of customer satisfaction each year based on Citizen Surveys, to help work towards a harmonious relationship between customers and utility billing personnel. We will work to attain excellence in providing quality service through courtesy and respect for others, effective communications, teamwork and continuously striving to improve. We will empower our employees to make knowledgeable and responsible decisions to provide the best possible service to our customers.
