These items are considered to be routine and will be enacted upon by one motion with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, from either the Planning Commission or from the floor, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.
1. Standing approval of the minutes as written for the meeting on December 13, 2012.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Amendments to By-Laws of the Gardner Planning Commission
Consider a text amendment to the Planning Commission By-Laws.
2. Initiate Amendments to Title 18, Zoning Regulations
Consider initiating an amendment to Section 18.165 (Landscaping) of Title 17, Subdivision Regulations in order to amend landscaping regulations and incorporate landscape design standards by reference.
