Agenda & Minutes

The Agendas for both the City Council and the Planning Commission are available online no later than the Friday before the meeting date.  The Minutes for both meetings are available online after they have been approved.  We keep the current three month's information available here, but formal requests for past documents can be made by requesting them from the City Clerk. 

City Council Agendas and Minutes
The Gardner City Council meets the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.  The City Council also holds a Work Session on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.  When necessary, an additional Work Session is held the fourth Monday of the month.  All meetings are open to the public.  There are no minutes for the Work Sessions.  If you have questions regarding the City Council Agendas and Minutes, please e-mail the City Clerk.
