The City of Gardner makes every attempt to maintain this online version of the Gardner Municipal Code; however, some ordinances may not reflect the most current legislation adopted by the City Council. Code Publishing, Inc.  makes every attempt to ensure that new ordinances are included in the online version with seven (7) business days.  The online version of the Gardner Municipal Code is current through Ordinance 2341  passed May 17, 2010.
